Merchandise Damaged in Shipping

In the event you experience a problem with a shipment, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date.  We may require you to return any unopened bottles for inspection.  At our discretion we may offer a replacement, a discount, a refund or an account credit to be used for a later purchase.

Dissatisfaction with Quality/Taste of Wine

At Magruder’s, we are committed to providing the world’s best wines at great prices.  To assist you with your selection, we try to provide as much information as possible in the form of ratings, reviews and testimonials.  However, the ultimate judgment of taste is yours and we cannot guarantee that you will like the taste of every bottle of wine you select.  In the event that there is a problem with the quality or taste of a bottle, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and indicate that you would like to return the order for taste reasons.  We will issue a refund or account credit less the original shipping and handling costs and return shipping and handling charges.
